All sales final

Vintage Voyage sells vintage furniture, lighting, art and objects. All sales are final; we do not accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind. Please review the photographs, dimensions, condition notes and delivery arrangements before purchasing. We welcome requests for additional information.

Damage or description concerns

If an item arrives damaged or you believe it differs materially from its description, please contact vintagevoyage79@gmail.com promptly with your order number, a description of the concern and clear photographs. For transit damage, retain the packaging and photograph the item and packaging so we can review the issue and coordinate with the carrier where appropriate.

We review damage and description concerns individually and will discuss an appropriate resolution with you. Please contact us before arranging a return or repair.

Vintage pieces may show age-related wear. Any disclosed wear, repairs or restoration form part of the item’s description. This policy does not limit rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
