Shipping by approved quote

For shipping, request and approve a delivery quote before paying. After approval, we will send a secure payment link with the item price, agreed delivery charge and applicable taxes. For local pickup, choose Pickup in store at checkout and pay directly; no delivery quote is required.

We will confirm availability, carrier service, packing, timing and coverage before you approve the delivery quote. An estimate is not a confirmed quote or booking. Transport is arranged after payment and confirmation of the agreed service.

Local collection

Complimentary pickup is available by confirmed appointment at 716 S Mountain Road, Dillsburg, PA 17019. Ready inventory is normally prepared within 2–4 days. Please wait for confirmation before traveling and arrange a suitable vehicle, protective materials and any assistance needed to transport the piece safely.

Delivery access

Please review the object’s dimensions and confirm doorways, stairs, elevators and other access requirements. Tell us about these details when arranging delivery so the carrier can quote the appropriate service.

On arrival

Inspect the piece and packaging on arrival. If damage is apparent, photograph it, retain packaging and contact us promptly so we can review the issue and assist with the carrier. Damage and description concerns are reviewed under our return and refund policy.
