David Croland “Cheetah Woman” Signed Serigraph, 105/300

David Croland’s “Cheetah Woman” combines a glamorous blonde figure with two richly patterned cats in a fashion-illustration composition. Fluid black lines, metallic gold, camel, cream and small jewel-like color accents give the image its distinct 1980s character.

This example is signed in pencil at lower right and numbered 105/300 at lower left. It is presented beneath glass with a broad neutral mat, fine metallic inner trim and a glossy black frame with gold-tone edging. A vintage Castle Art Company label remains on the reverse.

The large framed presentation brings a strong figurative focus to a wall. The frame scuff and torn backing are shown in the condition photographs. One framed serigraph is included.

Condition

Very good vintage condition overall. The artwork itself presents beautifully. The frame exhibits minor age-appropriate surface wear, including a small scuff to the lower black frame. The paper backing has a tear/puncture on the reverse, as photographed, which does not affect the artwork or its appearance when displayed. Please review photographs for additional condition details.

Style Notes

The black, cream and gold palette complements dark wood, brass and richly textured upholstery. Its scale suits a focused placement above a low cabinet or within a larger art arrangement.
