Drexel Declaration Walnut Three-Drawer Dressers — Pair

A matched pair of Drexel Declaration three-drawer dressers, with broad walnut fronts, slender raised bases and original round porcelain knobs. The expressive wood grain and small pale pulls give the pair a quiet balance of warmth and precision.

Designed by Kipp Stewart and Stewart MacDougall for Drexel’s Declaration collection, 1960s. Walnut veneer over solid wood, dovetail drawer construction and Drexel maker marks.

The matching proportions allow the dressers to be used together as bedroom storage or placed separately where coordinated storage is useful. Both dressers are included in this one saleable pair. Drawer-interior finish wear is retained in the condition photographs.

Condition

Good vintage condition with age-appropriate wear.

• Light surface wear consistent with use
• Interior drawer shows visible wear to finish (shown in photos)
• Minor scuffs and marks throughout
• Overall presents beautifully with rich walnut tone and strong grain pattern

Structurally sound and ready for use.

Style Notes

Their restrained forms work as compact bedroom chests, generous bedside storage or low case pieces beneath artwork. The porcelain knobs offer a light visual accent against the walnut.

Dimensions

Each dresser: 35 W × 20 D × 31 H inches. Two dressers included.
