A long, low rosewood and black leather sofa, cataloged by Weschler’s as Hans Olson. The exposed wooden frame creates a warm outline around four loose seat cushions and four back cushions, giving the sofa a composed silhouette with an inviting, lived-in surface.

Shaped arms and dark side panels carry the material contrast around the piece. The low back and visible legs create an open profile, while the 87-inch catalog width gives it a substantial horizontal presence.

The photographs include front, side and rear views, along with cushions removed and close details of the upholstery. Offered as one sofa. Attributed to Hans Olson.

Style Notes

The warm wood and dark leather provide a strong foundation for Scandinavian and contemporary rooms. Pair with a low table, soft wool textures and restrained lighting, leaving space around the arms to show the frame.
